Yes it’s flawed, but it’s infinitely more charming, cinematic, and overall interesting than 90% of the MCU’s corporate drivel. I’m fully aware bitching about Disney as an “evil” monopoly gets old and makes you seem like a “no fun allowed” kind of guy but it’s sincerely how I feel about the majority of their recent catalog. Them doing co productions with the military industrial complex doesn’t help either.
