Harmony’s review published on Letterboxd:
I can't remember what age I was, I'm going to guess somewhere between 8 and 11. It was about one month before my birthday and I was sitting in the bathtub. My mom knocked on the bathroom door and said "Harmony, I have some very exciting news!". She came in, sat down and continued. "Since it's your 8th-11th birthday, we've decided we're going to do something very special... we're going to see Grease!".
I thought she said Greece.
I must have had a puzzled look on my face, because when she saw it she explained that, "Grease is kind of like Mama Mia". I began to picture the beautiful beach setting from Mama Mia. I imagined the amazing tan I would get, and the extravagant hotel I would stay in. Immediately I had to ask, "Which hotel will we be staying in?". To this she replied "Honey the theatre is a 20 min drive. We don't need to stay in a hotel." Suddenly it all made sense and I felt incredibly disappointed and stupid.
