Beautiful combination of artifice and stunning cinematography to make the most badass film to ever star a house fly. There's so much love and passion behind the camera that it can't help but explode on screen. The blocking in a lot of scenes stuck out to me as well, being very theatrical and complex. Rajamouli uses the faults of a society’s masculine fantasy to expose some really interesting ideas. If you don't sit through the entire dance sequence at the end, you didn't see the movie.

Singin' in the Rain 1952
I cannot believe this was made by people who breathed the same air I do. Instant favorite.
