Prisoners 2013
I have genuinely never been more in suspense in any other movie in my life. Tense the entire way through and incredibly captivating. It just envelops you. Brilliant performances all around, great music, stunning cinematography, and fantastic writing. The writing really gets me because the story intriguingly brings up these moral dilemmas for the viewer. Everything Everywhere All at Once 2022
Not sure what to say about this all I’ve got in me is that it’s incredible (and not because of the Oscars). Genuinely had me tear up a few times and yet also such a truly fun watch. Incredible editing, cinematography, concepts. The whole scene of Waymond’s monologue is so artfully done— sure, what he says is powerful, but it’s really the amalgamation of his presence in every different universe and throughout Evelyn’s lives that makes the moment impactful.

“Allegedly.”This movie is great. Dan Stevens is brilliant, I have so much appreciation for his enormous amount of talent. Christopher Plummer is awesome, and Jonathan Pryce is so good at being annoying. XD
