Although I liked Good Time more, this movie is still very thrilling and entertaining, and I know some people may not like that movie (my sister included). Adam Sandler disappears into the role of Howard Ratner, but still maintains his witty vibe, which isn't too distracting. The Safdies managed to capture the chaotic world of the Diamond District, blending in non-actors to make the whole experience much more immersive and authentic. The music composed by the talented Daniel Lopatin plays…

Bro, holy fucking shit, I can't express enough how much I love this fucking movie, holy fuck. This movie makes me horny, in a sense being chased, like in a dream. Its so realistic, but so surreal at the same time. There's never a moment, where any scene feels unnecessary, or its just there to fill the time. Every scene and character has a purpose in the story. The pacing is just *chef kiss*. The movie feels like 2 minutes…

    Blade Runner 2049

    ★★★

I watched it with high hopes, but there just wasn't something for me, apart from the awesome cinematography, sound design and music. The movie was bloated with unnecessary subplots, that should've been cut from the film.

Maybe I'll enjoy the original more?

    ★★★★½

For a 3 1/2 hour long movie, this went very fast lol. I think this movie perfectly portrays how fast time goes by and we can't control it in any way.

As for my complaints, some de-aging effects didn't look that good, but I ignored most of it, cause I was very invested in the story and the characters. The ending was amazing.

Writing this review from Estonia, where Nolan came by to shoot scenes for his project Tenet. Honestly, I want to say is that I'm so glad Nolan goes to shoot scenes in countries that a lot of people don't really know about. Before the movie started, he thanked Estonians and shared his personal experiences in Estonia, thank you Nolan. My review is gonna be long, so I'll kindly ask you (the reader) for your patience and time.

I don't get the praise for this movie :/

I came to see this with high expectations, hearing that this is a anti-war movie masterpiece, but upon viewing it, I thought it was fine.

My main problems with this movie, which completely took me off from the experience, was the wooden acting. That acting, that you would often notice in movies made in 1930s, 40s, 50s. I thought characters lacked anything unique and acted all the same. Everyone was a…

Daniel Day-Lewis delivers the most incredible performance of his entire career!

Paul Thomas Anderson's There Will Be Blood keeps audiences hooked with tension, powerful performances and masterful directing, from the first frame of the film, til the roll of the end credits. It is certainly one of the finest films of 2000s.

  • Victoria & Abdul

    Victoria & Abdul

    ★★★

Victoria & Abdul is a pretty cute movie.

The films follows a historical narrative biography of British Empress Victoria and her unique relationship bond with her Indian servant Abdul Karim. Unfortunately, the aristocracy doesn't approve this and they try to get rid of the Indian servant, as it was seen as very unroyal and off-character from the Queen.

Now what did I think about the movie?
I thought the movie was okay. It isn't terrible or mediocre really. I really loved…

    Grave Encounters

    ★★★

A very solid found footage horror movie. I really liked the whole atmosphere with the haunted abandoned insane asylum and how slowly everything escalates into madness. The found footage genre completely fits for the concept very well. The performances from actors are actually pretty decent.

Unfortunately, I didn't really like the ending, as it got pretty cheesy. There were some moments, that were unintentionally funny, instead of scary. The special effects in the film don't really hold up either and…
