olwethu’s review published on Letterboxd:
"From start to finish, Roma is a beautifully directed film and is another masterclass in auteur filmmaking, with intimate scenes and stunning compositions and shot in gorgeous black and white cinematography. The film relishes in its quiet, softer moments – where the mundane and simple parts of daily life are elevated to cinematic heights. Apart from the incredible filmmaking, personally the best element was Yalitza Aparicio’s extraordinary performance as Cleo."
