    La Notte

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

This could be five hours of Marcelo Mastroianni pottering about in a fine Italian suit, looking sombre, and I’d still consider it a masterpiece.

That’s not to understate the lighting and the composition, which is at least as beautiful as the people of La Notte.

    The Long Goodbye

The whole time I’m watching this movie, I’m getting so excited about this great quip I’m going to post on Letterboxd about Elliot Gould and his match-striking abilities.

Fast-forward to me seeing the top review on Letterboxd and I feel like I’ve been betrayed by a close friend.

I need to learn to live in the moment.
