At least it was funny. This would be best enjoyed with a couple of friends and a few beers.
The first I saw this, thought it was just OK. I couldn't get over how so many women would fall for this guy in particular. On this rewatch, that issue remains. But it's less of an issue now because, well, I just accepted it. Figured to just focus on the what, not the who.
And at least the movie doesn't make him sympathetic. Everything that happens is just the consequences of his own actions (which also has a tiny bit of moralizing to it, in part I gues because of the Hays Code).
