"Let's go out into the crazy world of New Orleans! Go to Robbie's and get a fried banana sandwich."- Sailor

I weep every time I watch this, especially during the credits.

Whenever Cage sings in this movie, I understand what it was like to be a ecstatic Beatles girl, who had the privilege to go to one of their concerts in the 1960's.

    This is my favorite film

It should be so easy but it isn't for me to give a somewhat in-depth review of this. I have read so many great and beautiful reviews for this film that I basically just would hate to be redundant at this point. This film is incredibly stupid and Mark Wahlberg's performance is hilariously terrible. In other words, I had a blast with it and you will too if you love fucking nonsense and Marky Mark as much as I do.

A dream come true really, I mean I'm only 20 minutes in and Nicolas Cage is already fighting a giant animatronic ostrich. I don't usually do this, but there's no way I'm not gonna give this 5 stars by the end of this so I might as well go ahead and do it already.

Watching this in 4:3 on the Broke Horror Fan VHS with my mom I got was fucking awesome! It reminded me of when I went to see Once Upon A Time In Hollywood at The Little Theater in 35mm.

I think it complimented the film very well and added to the psychedelic retro aesthetic. It made some of the visuals pop out even a bit more and overall was so cool to see this film through a new lens which…
