Letterboxd — Your life in film

It is not the best film of all time, but it is certainly the most important. Everything we see in cinema today is thanks to genius Orson Welles.

Do not go with the expectation that this film will be the best of all time. I went with this expectation and ended up disappointing myself a little. Go watch this movie like any other, I'm sure you will enjoy it much more.

This made me emotional a few times and it made me smile a whole lot of times more. It was very sweet and I had a really good time watching it! Also, Sophie is the cutest omg

Jean Reno is such an awesome actor. This French thriller wouldn't work at all without him. Albeit the storytelling is great and the director achieves to build a gloomy atmosphere the movie has a few issues.
Nevertheless, I like it. I love Reno's deep voice.
I hope I don't have to tell you the weaknesses. Have I? Just watch the fight scene with the Nazi guys. It's really more than mediocre.
All in all, a gripping story. I had hoped to find some deleted scenes on the bluray but there aren't any. I'll rewatch the sequel soon.
