  about an hour into this movie morgan freeman takes brad pitt to bribe an fbi agent for information about library reading.

  "is that even legal?" pitt asks.

  freeman literally waves his hand at the question. "legal? illegal? these things don't apply." then explains that because they can't use it as evidence it's fine, it's just a guide.
