Grant Hodges’s review published on Letterboxd:
One of my favorite documentaries in how it makes the audience feel not like observers but active participants. It's heartbreaking seeing various members of the LGBT+ community describing their rather simplistic dreams for a normal life in secrecy - as if pining for a life they will never have. And while it's painful knowing that many (if not all) of them did not live to see their dreams come to fruition, their bravery has certainly improved the world for generations to come. And I, for one, could not be more grateful for that fact.
