Letterboxd — Your life in film

i was a bit skeptical going in since reviews were so glowing but wow it won me over 20 mins in and never let me go!

crystal skull is really not bad at all. sure not the best of the franchise but still better than most blockbusters today…

such a lovely movie and one of my favorite screenplays of the year so far. jld can do no wrong!

not too bad and i enjoyed a few scenes and musical numbers but ugh just not great either

didn’t like this as much as i remembered i did. i wish the whole movie was as good as the last 25 mins are…

has to be scorsese’s most underrated film and maybe his most emotional? such a charming film that really tugs at your heart strings at the end! one of the best “love letters to cinema” i’ve seen.

this was such a cathartic film for me and a very welcome return to form for marvel. probably haven’t enjoyed an mcu movie like this since ragnarok. laughed, cried, and cheered (internally). a perfect send off for the guardians of the galaxy!
