Gavin Ramsden’s review published on Letterboxd:
This film was pretty fantastic from start to finish. The story at it's core was a really engaging one and the lead performances from Kaluuya, Stanfield and Fishback were pretty exceptional.
The first thing my mate asked when we left the theatre was "why isn't this a bigger movie" and he's right to ask that. I had to travel into the city to see this as it wasn't playing at any commercial theatres. I know this film is popular on letterboxd but everyone else I've mentioned this film to has never even heard of it and I think that's a shame. It deserves to be seen by a wider audience and I hope after the academy awards it gets a wider second run at the movies.
