Bonkers beyond belief, but with loads of heart and aspiration and a really great grimy 80's-in-south-Florida authenticity. By the time the villainous ninja gang shows up riding speed bikes in broad daylight you feel dumb for ever doubting its conviction to achieve world peace through Tae Kwon Do while also entertaining the fuck out of you.
