ZACK SNYDER IS SO FUCKING GOOD
MARVEL AINT GOT SHIT ON THIS
This film is just stunning. I loved this so much, my jaw was dropped for like half of the film, I cried, I laughed, I had so much fun watching and experiencing it. I'm so glad DC gave Snyder the opportunity to make this film because it's just incredible. The final hour of this film is the most fun I've had watching a film ever, the twists the characters the dialogue the music is just perfect. I love the actors I love the cinematography I love the music I love the colour palette. It honestly is just perfect in my eyes.
I've always had a soft spot for DC and I went into this film with high hopes and man where they met. JUST INSANE. I am genuinely speechless, I enjoyed this so much and just want to watch it again now, the runtime doesn't bother me at all because it is such a huge improvement on the first one.
Also, I think Jared Leto can be forgiven now, I loved his joker performance, I'm so glad he changed it, improved and adapted to the criticisms, and came back with a fantastic performance. I really want to see more of his character.
I just don't remember having such an emotional experience with a film like this before, I'm completely blown away and love it so much. The characters had so much more depth added to them and I felt strongly connected with them, it's such a shame this film is incredibly highly unlikely to have a sequel because of Robert Pattinson's new Batman portrayal but I adore this film so much.
Easy top 5 films, just perfection (and yes I know there are a lot of things wrong with the film but I loved it so much that I'm willing to ignore all of the mistakes). The 9 years of poor DCEU films are made up with this film.
