saw on cable tv I love my life
I miss PSH so much. Just a gift to watch act. This watch, his laugh was reaaally getting to me. King of choices!
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
The Asian jokes made me feel VERY weird and are still souring an experience that I really enjoyed for the most part!!! Idk where else to put this! And it makes me feel crazy that it’s bothering me so much while (at least in my eyes) no one is really talking about it and the reviews are so glowing - I literally love PTA and would fart and murder for him and this is coming from a place of love and reverence for this man…whatever!!!!ok that’s all now I’m done!!
Late log but I loved this so much what the hell.
Took me like 40 mins to realize it’s a (supremely loose) remake of The Quiet Family - another movie I love.
Cool to have both movies be so different and so good in their own ways.
The final yeah!!!!! may be my favorite movie ending only second to Walter Matthau’s face at the end of The Taking of Pelham One Two Three
Saw at London Hotel for a screening. DCP.
- it was a screening so I got a free drink after
- there were also mini corndogs
- Simon Rex asked me for a cigarette and I did not have one because I don’t smoke cigarettes
- Leondria played by Judy Hill…I just really loved her
- I had multiple of the mini corndogs they were very good
Been having a feeling lately where I’m getting overwhelmed by the amount of reference I feel like I’ve been seeing in recent work. Not sure how to articulate that more but like….we get excited because we recognize the reference or the dedication to period or whatever. But that feeling shouldn’t trump story and the characters should always be served first….???? So….not sure with what to do with THAT.
This was obviously very meticulously made and full of some really, really dedicated performances that surprised me.
Lois Smith, Jeffrey Wright, Tilda Swinton and Benicio Del Toro saved the film for me
I saw this in Screen X which is a Korean viewing experience where the movie is projected on three screens
Sometimes things would be on 3 screens and then sometimes it would shrink to one and there was really no telling what would be what and why
It was the dumbest way to see the final and honestly dumbest installation of the Craig Bonds
