  Among the strangest movies I've ever seen. Not sure what Wenders was going for with a character named Karl Engel begging for money, a guard dog named Gaddafi, all the nazi shit, and all this transpiring after the fall of the Berlin Wall. We may never know.

  For a movie that acts almost like a travelogue for how awesome America is, don't you think it's odd that the story centers around your average American - some random, low-intelligence nobody?

  The theme of this movie is simple: Do as you're told.
