Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings ★★★

The fight choreography and camerawork are definitely some of the best in the MCU, even if that's kind of a low bar. I thought they could have gone further with the martial arts aspect though. At least make it look good...
Still suffers from what most MCU movies suffer from, looks bland (though a bit more colorful than your average MCU entry), hit-and-miss comedy, iffy CGI and green screen, and a drop in quality in the third act.
What I thought was the film's biggest strength was the character and family dynamics, as well as their motivations. The acting from the main players, Awkwafina, Meng'er Zhang, Simu Liu and Tony Leung were pretty great. It was especially trippy seeing him in an MCU movie after watching In the Mood for Love a couple of weeks ago.
Despite it's flaws, this is a respectable entry to the MCU franchise, definitely a step above the average quality.
