It's really hard to describe the way Inside, Bo Burnham's newest special, made me feel.
I could talk about how great and catchy the songs are, Bo's excellent satire of the modern world, how creative it is, or the incredibly poignant stances he has of various aspects of our current society.
All of this elements, and more, achieve a place that's beyond an objective level of quality, and reach a subjetive feeling, where what was being said, and how it was said, struck a specific nerve with me, perfectly described the way I've been feeling lately, and made me feel less alone.
That is what makes this special, for me, truly that.
