    Bones and All

Such a cool blend of brutal violence and a southern gothic romance. There were some choices here and there that made little sense to me, but I guess thanks to my admiration of Guadagnino’s talent on reflecting passion, I could easily ignore them.

  • TÁR

I haven't watched a performance that has captivated me this much in a long time. Blanchett tears apart every role she has taken so far and reveals a whole new dimension of her renge.

In addition to her peak performance the dramatic, intense, and brave script made me feel like I was reading a perfect novel, which is what I love most about a movie. This is incredibly good.

    Call Me by Your Name

Call Me By Your Name is like a poetic, heart-breaking song that gets you everytime. An unforgettable cinematic experience and probably the best of the year, and one the best queer movies of all time.

  • After Hours

    After Hours

How could Scorsese achieve making so many perfect films? Everytime, I just say to myself “this is it. this is his best work” and with every other movie I find myself gaping.

After Hours is a genius, funny, disturbing, filled with paranoia masterpiece. One of the most exciting and fun films I’ve ever seen. Griffin Dunne is so good.
