Still Walking ★★★★★

Families are tricky and grow even worse when you’re older and the walls of your parents’ house isn’t what’s keeping you together but the crack that losing a child and sibling leaves makes it hard to breathe when you’re with the family at times. Hiroshi Abe’s portrayal of Ryota‘s still suffering as the lesser son and Kirin Kiki as his ever grieving mother were the highlights for me.
