This is film holds the same magnetism the first film had, while adding more to the philosophical idea of love, regret, and life. It expand ping those themes in a quick paced manner that had my heart pimping wanting to see and hear more of them talk. 10/10 film to watch a rainy Friday night... However would not recommend this film if you're watching it ALONE on a rainy Friday night a few months after you broke up with someone. Whilst it did made me long for that special connection with someone, it gave me a lot of hope and excitement to feel loved and have that spark again. Fuck yeah loved this movie

A groundbreaking German expressionist film, a mix between horror and mystery, this films takes us into a surreal mind state of a charter and within a non linear story full of twists that paved the way to future filmmaking.
There's much that can be learned from this film, and it certainly reminded me of some current masterpieces, yet this film is 100 years old, which is impressive at how well it accomplishes many things.
