A surprisingly enjoyable flick. I'm not a big Dungeons & Dragons fan but I had quite a bit of fun with this. It manages to get you to actually care about these characters the journey is filled with laughs and creative set pieces and it comes to a sweet close. The cast is good all around. The villain doesn't work at all really and it takes a little bit for the film to find its footing. I don't have that much else to say though. It's nothing particularly special but it was a lot better than I expected and it's worth checking out. It is a step in the right direction for these types of films.
