"I want to help people."
This was an all-time favorite as a kid.
I always believed laughter was the best medicine.
I ended up in a suicide ward as an adult, and I painted a rock with the word "altruistic" on it. I still have it, and carry it around with me. It reminds me that the best way to help myself, is by helping others. It feels good to do good for others. It feels good to spread joy, laughs, and love.
It reminds me that when I was younger I was also "excessively happy"... and to always allow that to shine through - no matter what, and no matter who I am around.
"There will be a community where joy is a way of life, where learning is the highest aim, where love is the ultimate goal."
