Wtf why this movie so damn good? It's absolutely stunning from an animation perspective and delivers a story with a surprising amount of emotional heft. Incredible fight scenes, great characters, striking colors, the works. One of the best DreamWorks movies by far

Call me crazy, but I think that Kung Fu Panda might be the closest a movie has ever come to perfection.

Every shot, every offhand line of dialogue, every miniscule detail has been meticulously crafted to display one of the most engaging pieces of art I’ve ever seen. Never before have I seen a film so laser-focused on conveying its themes so well; ironically enough, it feels as if there is very little to no fat here. Every facet of the film goes to supporting its key, integral message, that being, well, to be yourself. It’s 2022, it’s been 14 years and I’m still left in a fit of laughter when Po cuts himself by just looking at that sword.
Bold take but Kung Fu Panda is literally one of the greatest animated films ever made. Master Oogway is the goddamn goat and Tai Lung is a fucking cultural icon
