  It has been brought to my attention that the director of this film committed a vile act.. sexually assaulted a minor in the past. I feel that is an important detail to know before making a decision to view this film. Why this film was ever allowed to grace the big silver screen in the first place is beyond my comprehension! I guess it's all about the benjamins sadly! If I had known about his crime beforehand I would NEVER have watched the film. While I don't believe in censorship I do believe in giving the audience all the details necessary so that they may make an informed choice! Hollywood needs to clean up their act!

  A bunch of hot jocks and cheerleaders on a bus. Fun! Such a great sequel. This one is all out non-stop horror. The opening scene proves it still has that scare factor. The plot in this one is also a little more focused and contained which I thought was an improvement. Just as good as the original, if not better.

  want to get drunk but make it fun? take a shot every time you see a kid on the bus that wasn't there before. it happens more times than you would think. i swear they just picked different extras for each day of filming and thought nobody would notice. well i noticed!

  Always loved the story from part 2.
  The creature comes out every 23 years, for 23 days, and then goes back in the ground for 23 years. Such a quirky number but it works.
  The whole layout of the story from beginning to end
  with the bus being the main setting on this isolated road out of nowhere with a great cast that reminds me of my classmates.

  Since the first Jeepers, I was a big fan of the Creeper creature design. And Jonathan Breck playing the Creeper! He does a great job!
  And how he brings humor in this one. So funny.
  Also! Can't forget those awesome Creeper weapons!

  I’m marking it as a rewatch, but I’m honestly not sure if I’d ever seen the entire film before. Considering its pacing is just as inert as that school bus, that’s probably an easy mistake to make. It wouldn’t surprise me to learn that the limited setting was a practical decision, one that allowed maximum funds to be poured into the visuals. With gorgeous photography and consistently inventive design work, it’s a choice that paid off in spades. Unfortunately, the film’s cast of eminently unlikable cannon fodder is rarely fun to watch, and thanks to a script that never allows the great Ray Wise to go full Lefty Enright, his half of the story doesn’t take off either.
