Final Analysis was a hell of a fun movie that only works as a cinema entertainment piece, not as something that you can mine for any real piece of valuable intelligence or compelling moral philosophical introspection.
The psychiatry practices and ideas in this film is just all nonsense, and the film succumbs to the feeble action packed climax that is a detriment to the dark neo-noir with some giallo vibes. The film's writing of dialogue is fairly poor, but the pacing of the story and screenplay was perfect for me.
The film rests on the charm of its three main cast Richard Gere, Kim Basinger, & Uma Thurman, who all gave fantastic performances that carried the shlocky thrill of this film.
An entertaining thriller with some fire and mystery from Basinger & Thurman"s characters that you watch & enjoy, instead of litigating it.
