Brought to us by the same mind who created APEX, Digital Man has the same level of fun mid-90's sci-fi that Phillip J. Roth brought to film back then. Unfortunately, as Digital Man plays out, it loses track of what makes it a good time.
Terrorists steal launch codes for a bunch of nukes, and Matthias Hues' government-sanctioned Terminator is sent to deal with them. His extraction vehicle crashes outside of Deserttown, USA so Ken Olandt's crew of roughnecks are sent in to deal with the resulting havoc. The town's populated by a bunch of annoying crackers, mostly represented by Don Swayze, Susan Tyrell and Chase Masterston.
