A high-stakes biopic in a post-Nathan for You world that really makes you think about the thing you are holding in your hand right now (unless you read letterboxd reviews on your computer🤨) - the geniuses that made it, the businessmen that sold it, how it was manufactured and how well. How it can all go to shit, really quickly, for a lot of stupid reasons.
Matt Johnson does shoot this like The Office, which is a little jarring at first, but quickly proves to be a useful tool in maintaining humor, claustrophobia, and relatability when coupled with great editing.
