serenity, symmetry, subtlety.
ill get my biggest gripe out of the way first: this movie (barring the last 45 seconds lol) was quite predictable. it makes up for this in a number of ways, but i pretty much drew up the plot in the first half hour.
regardless, this movie is beautiful. especially on the back half it seems like every other shot is straight out of a dream. the landscape chosen here is just absolutely gorgeous, and melts into the characters--or vice versa.
