Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

    ★★★★½

🏆93% - Prisoner if Azkaban’s is still an awesome movie. The cinematography is incredible, the film looks gorgeous, the acting only gets better and the time travel is awesome. The only reason I don’t go higher with my score is because overall it’s not THAT important in the main Harry Potter story. It definitely has some important elements with Sirius Black, Peter Petigrew and the dementors, but overall it’s not THAT important. Other than that though, this movie is awesome. Sirius Black is such an amazing addition tot he franchise and giving Harry Potter an actual family member just adds so much. Love this movie.

  • Schindler's List

    Schindler's List

    ★★★★½

🏆92% - I watched Schindler’s List a couple of months ago in History class and my teacher showed us a trimmed version so that’s why I hesitated to review the movie but I got the just of the film. It was still around 3 hours of movie I watched. The performances are fantastic in this movie, the emotional moments hit but it’s really not a rewatchable film. The watch is rewarding, but it’s just a lot to handle. It’s such…

  • Zodiac

    Zodiac

    ★★★★½

🏆94% - Zodiac was just a movie I was really impressed by. In every shot of the film I just feel the craftsmanship that was put in by David Fincher and with a captivating story, incredible performances from our 3 leads which are Jake Gyllenhall, Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr., it’s a combination to make an awesome film. I was surprised by how much I liked this movie and sure I’m not gonna rewatch it often, but the time I had with this movie was awesome and really kept me on my toes.

🏆92% - Hawkeye episode 4 is awesome. It’s awesome because it progresses the story whilst mainly focusing on the drama. Seeing Hawkeye tell Kate about his rough past and seeing his trauma about Black Widow’s death was great to see. Also the fight between Hawkeye, Kate, Echo and Yelena was great. Overall awesome episode with really strong emotions.

🏆90% - Hawkeye episode 3 was actually awesome. It gave me everything I wanted from the show which was great action, awesome setup for future episodes, great character moments and a fun tone. Also their totally setting up Wilson Fisk and IM HYPED. Also the villain was much more fleshed out in this episode which I liked.

  • Spider-Man: Homecoming

    Spider-Man: Homecoming

    ★★★★½

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

🏆90% - Spider-Man: Homecoming is awesome. It’s different from any other superhero film. The high school aspect of it makes it so much fun. Tom Holland is awesome as Spider-Man even though he’s still not as good as Tobey IMO. I really love this movie because the stakes feel so personal for Peter. The consequences for Peter are present and when Toomes is revealed to be Liz’s dad is an awesome twist. The score is actually really good and Vulture…

  • Rocky IV

    Rocky IV

    ★★★★½

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

🏆92% - This is a review for Rocky IV: Rocky VS Drago which is the director’s cut of Rocky IV. This movie has 40 minutes of redone footage and I got to watch this in the theater. This is the first Rocky movie I got to watch in the theater and I loved it. I liked it even more than the original cut. The original cut was very 80s. It was very cheesy and even though I have a ton…

  • Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

    ★★★★½

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

🏆91% - I rewatched Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2 because it’s one of those movies where every time I watch it my opinion changes. Sometimes I’ll think it’s alright, sometimes I’ll think it’s good or sometimes I’ll think it’s awesome. While watching this film only one flaw really bothered me but unfortunately it’s a big one and that’s the humor. There is just so much of it and a lot of it doesn’t land. There are some really funny…

  • No Time to Die

    No Time to Die

    ★★★★½

🏆90% - No Time to Die was a bit better upon rewatch. Mainly that’s because I have seen Spectre now and seeing it before No Time to Die definitely helps. My thoughts are mostly the same but the film dragged less because when the film felt like it was dropping information I didn’t care about, it actually ties into Spectre making the film drag less. However I still feel like the movie is too long and Rami Malek is alright…

  • Halloween

    Halloween

    ★★★★½

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

🏆90% - Just rewatched Halloween 2018 and I’m about to jump into Halloween Kills but I wanted to log this first. I still love this movie. I’ll start with my issues, #1 is the humor. Some of it falls flat and there is one moment that takes away the tension from what would be a scary scene. Done get me wrong the kid is funny but he shouldn’t be reacting like that to Michael Myers. The other is Dr. Sartain.…
