• Scream

✅89% - I’m gonna try and watch the entire Scream franchise before I watch the new one. I’ve only seen the first film before and the sequels will all be new to me, even though I know some of the twists in those films. Overall I still think Scream is a great movie. Not the best horror movie ever but a really fun one and it redefined the genre. I can see why as there are a lot of fun…

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

⭐️96% - Goblet of Fire has been a movie that I always loved and I appreciate it more and more each time I rewatch it. My only criticism is Ron was annoying for a bit in the movie but these are hormonal teenagers so I’m fine with it. I love the rest of this movie. The movie is a blast and then the end happens. Harry abs Cedric are transported to the graveyard and Cedric is murdered. Then Voldemort properly…

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

🏆93% - Prisoner if Azkaban’s is still an awesome movie. The cinematography is incredible, the film looks gorgeous, the acting only gets better and the time travel is awesome. The only reason I don’t go higher with my score is because overall it’s not THAT important in the main Harry Potter story. It definitely has some important elements with Sirius Black, Peter Petigrew and the dementors, but overall it’s not THAT important. Other than that though, this movie is awesome. Sirius Black is such an amazing addition tot he franchise and giving Harry Potter an actual family member just adds so much. Love this movie.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

👍🏻77% - My Harry Potter rewatch continues with The Chamber of Secrets and it’s a good follow up to the original. I find the movie to be too long and even though it’s only a bit longer than the first movie, the first movie had a lot of world-building to do and tell it’s story where as this movie is just one story with much less world building. The movie did not to be this long. You can feel the…

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

✅87% - The Harry Potter reunion got me in a mood. Now I’m rewatching all of the Wizarding World movies. This film is just, it’s something else. I’m tempted to go higher with my score but I do think that future movies get better but I’m not trying it put this film down. Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone or Philosopher’s Stone is a massive achievement. The fact that this movie is good is an incredible feat, let alone great.…

I really can’t rate a reunion but man, this hit me in the feels. If you’re a Potterhead then you gotta watch it

  • Schindler's List

    Schindler's List

🏆92% - I watched Schindler’s List a couple of months ago in History class and my teacher showed us a trimmed version so that’s why I hesitated to review the movie but I got the just of the film. It was still around 3 hours of movie I watched. The performances are fantastic in this movie, the emotional moments hit but it’s really not a rewatchable film. The watch is rewarding, but it’s just a lot to handle. It’s such…

  • Encanto

👌🏻66% - Encanto was honestly just alright in my opinion. There were way too many songs IMO and it made the actual plot take too long to progress. The film had some cute moments and some very heartfelt moments and if they did more of those instead of just a ton of songs I would’ve appreciated this movie more. Overall the movie’s fine but just nothing new from Disney.

  • 6 Underground

    6 Underground

👍🏻73% - 6 Underground was a surprisingly enjoyable film. I had a uhhh where I had nothing to do so I figured I just put this on and I didn’t regret it. In fact I was surprised how much I enjoyed this film. There are a lot of conveniences in the film but the characters are fun, the action is really well done and it’s a fun Netflix film. The cast is great and the parkour is really awesome. Overall this was just a fun movie with some great violence which is always fun.

  • Don't Look Up

    Don't Look Up

👍🏻78% - Don’t Look Up was an all around really enjoyable time with a fantastic cast. The humor was a bit much at times for me and this isn’t necessarily the most rewatchable film but it was just really solid to me. The performances were amazing and I really appreciated the social commentary in this movie. All around just a good, solid movie.

  • Zodiac

🏆94% - Zodiac was just a movie I was really impressed by. In every shot of the film I just feel the craftsmanship that was put in by David Fincher and with a captivating story, incredible performances from our 3 leads which are Jake Gyllenhall, Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr., it’s a combination to make an awesome film. I was surprised by how much I liked this movie and sure I’m not gonna rewatch it often, but the time I had with this movie was awesome and really kept me on my toes.

  • The Matrix Resurrections

    The Matrix Resurrections

❌37% - I went in with pretty low expectations for Matrix: Resurrections and it still sucked. I wouldn’t say I was disappointed but, wow. The action was fine but nothing new, the story was so meta that it was stupid and Keanu Reeves, what the hell. I’ve always defended him as an actor when people said he sucked but he was so emotionless here. I couldn’t believe it. Just stick to John Wick from now on alright Keanu? The reasons…
