    Don't Look Up

    ★★★½

👍🏻78% - Don’t Look Up was an all around really enjoyable time with a fantastic cast. The humor was a bit much at times for me and this isn’t necessarily the most rewatchable film but it was just really solid to me. The performances were amazing and I really appreciated the social commentary in this movie. All around just a good, solid movie.

  • Zodiac

    Zodiac

    ★★★★½

🏆94% - Zodiac was just a movie I was really impressed by. In every shot of the film I just feel the craftsmanship that was put in by David Fincher and with a captivating story, incredible performances from our 3 leads which are Jake Gyllenhall, Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr., it’s a combination to make an awesome film. I was surprised by how much I liked this movie and sure I’m not gonna rewatch it often, but the time I had with this movie was awesome and really kept me on my toes.

  • The Matrix Resurrections

    The Matrix Resurrections

    ★½

❌37% - I went in with pretty low expectations for Matrix: Resurrections and it still sucked. I wouldn’t say I was disappointed but, wow. The action was fine but nothing new, the story was so meta that it was stupid and Keanu Reeves, what the hell. I’ve always defended him as an actor when people said he sucked but he was so emotionless here. I couldn’t believe it. Just stick to John Wick from now on alright Keanu? The reasons…

    Spider-Man: No Way Home

    ★★★★★

💯100% - No Way Home should not be this good. Sure the setup was kinda messy but it was serviceable for me and everything else that happens is pretty fantastic. I love this movie so much as a Spider-Man fan as it delivered everything I wanted and more. The score was actually pretty damn good but it didn’t incorporate the themes from the Spider-Man movies enough IMO. But Willem Dafoe holy shit. He’s too good. This movie is too good. Also Otto Octavia’s reuniting with Tobey Maguire’s Peter was so heartwarming. I can’t say enough good things about this movie.

    ★★★★½

🏆94% - It’s a Christmas classic. Don’t need to say anymore than that.

  • Hawkeye

    Hawkeye

    ★★★★

🏆93% - This is my score for episode 6. Really great finale and man, Kingpin really brought it. Also no, there’s no way he’s dead. I really had no problems with the episode. Maybe 1 too many jokes but that’s about it. I really loved this finale and it worked well.
✅87% - Overall Hawkeye was great. It wasn’t mind-blowing (except for Kingpin) but it was just a really fun show with great characters and some good emotion at times. All around a great show.

  • Hawkeye

    Hawkeye

    ★★★★

✅87% - Ok so I fell asleep the first time I watched Hawkeye episode 5. I finished the episode and it’s great. I have one major problem where that scene with Yelena and Kate had WAY too much humor for me. Toward the end of the scene the humor was going away but the humor sucked and there was so much of it. Other than that scene though, this episode was pretty great. Really good setup for the finale and that final reveal 😳

  • Spider-Man: No Way Home

    Spider-Man: No Way Home

    ★★★★★

⭐️99% - Spider-Man: No Way Home is absolutely fantastic. I will say my one criticism that holds it back from 100% and that’s the score. It was good but it had the potential to be so much better. OMFG THEY DID IT! IT WAS SUCH A SATISFYING AND EPIC MOVIE! I got it watch this movie with a ton of my friends and this is a night I will never forget. I had an absolute blast and one of my…

  • Injustice

    Injustice

    ★★½

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

⚠️54% - I honestly didn’t hate Injustice. I was actually digging the first half for the most part. Then the 2nd half got kinda silly. Superman went so far beyond believable by the end that I was kinda taken out of the film. Also the stuff they do with Nightwing was just so cartoonish to me. They kill him and then he’s a spirit. I’m pretty sure that was in the comics but that doesn’t mean I liked it. It…

  • Shaun of the Dead

    Shaun of the Dead

    ★★★★

✅85% - Shaun of The Dead was just a really fun movie. People are calling this an amazing film and I personally didn’t think it was that fantastic, but it was a lot of fun with a good amount of heart. I’m probably not going to rewatch it that much but overall I just had a lot of fun. That’s really all I can say about the movie. It’s like if me and my best friend lived together and then a zombie apocalypse happened. That’s pretty much what this movie is.

  • Venom: Let There Be Carnage

    Venom: Let There Be Carnage

    ★★★½

👍🏻74%  - I rewatched Let There Be Carnage because my aunt hadn’t seen it so we watched it and had a fun time. I liked the movie more upon rewatch actually because this movie really flew by. I get that the movie is 90 minutes but it didn’t feel like it was. This movie is just a blast and I still have my issues, but I was able to turn my brain off and just have fun with it. I know Carnage was kinda underwhelming because of the missing R-rating but I had fun watching this film. It’s silly but a blast.

  • Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

    Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

    ★★★★★

⭐️95% - Alas, my Spider-Man rewatch has come to an end and it has ended on a high note with Spider-Man: Into The Spiderverse. This movie is amazing. The animation is gorgeous, the action is a blast, the soundtrack is a bop, it’s funny and most importantly the film has a large heart. My favorite moments are the heartfelt moments such as Uncle Aaron’s death, Miles’ conversation with his dad through the door, the leap of faith, it’s what takes…
