A movie 30 years in the making. Produced and directed by visual effects legend Phil Tippett. Best known for his work on Star Wars, Jurassic Park Robo Cop and most recently Twilight series. Though this is nothing like those. I remember the Kickstarter for a part of this project about 10 years ago which was to complete the shorts which there are three. This movie was a long time coming and it was worth the wait. The huge amount of…

I heard a lot good praise early on but wasn’t interested because I didn’t want to see another zombie but when I heard it is rabies instead of the walking dead it peaked my interest. When I heard it is inspired by the comic book Crossed which I am a fan I had to see it. I really enjoyed this movie while watching it. It didn’t take long for it to get bat shit crazy. The gore effects are awesome…

This was mostly corny and not a comedy. It might have worked as a comedy. It had a few interesting scenes but I would recommend avoiding this turkey.

I have so waited for this movie I went in hoping my hopes weren’t too high. I loved it from the beginning. I feel that it ridicules the cult of the celebrity chef in a very smart way. The mental composure of the chef is presented as extremely fragile but must control his whole environment. Ralph Fiennes does an awesome job with his performance. Anya Taylor Joy does another exceptional job. I have become a huge fan. The other role…

Beautifully shot and only in the way Stanley Kubrick can a masterpiece! It amazes me Jack Nicholson stares off into space with mind numbing stares . No one ever looked more bat shit crazy. When he turns violent it brings it home even more. The movie sneaks up on you and never lets go! If you haven’t seen it, I’d be surprised if you haven’t, you need to check it out! For most of you that have revisit it again…

An excellent movie! It starts off a bit slow but still interesting. The movie builds into madness! As a child I had a night terror that have glimpses and sounds that appear in this movie. Stoking the furnace and the fog horn remind me of my night terror which is a nice start and the madness is a nice touch. If you haven’t seen it check it out on Amazon Prime!
