  Interesting idea after interesting idea, all executed masterfully. Became a bit slow by the third act, but I think that will fix itself on the rewatch, there’s a lot here to digest. But, all in all I loved the world this presented and thought it was the right amount of disturbing for the sake of artistic expression/creativity. This film really sings when you begin to think about it reflexively, comparing Cronenberg himself to Viggo’s character as an aging artist who’s focus is in the realm of body horror. Gonna be thinking about this film for a while. #👂🏾
