  Yes I’ll call myself a hypocrite for complaining how the human aspects in the recent Universal kaiju movies are boring. This movie is cool.

  A kaiju movie that focuses on government control and procedures? Yeah that’s dope. Most of this movie is just people talking in offices about what to do. It’s mostly exciting, especially the first act when they’re just thinking on their toes.
