    its the feeling of looking at someone you once adored, someone you once felt everything for, someone you would once do anything for, and attempting to relift those feelings once more but feeling nothing. i just want to go back. i want to be able to feel the compassion i once felt to the lost connections. instead all i feel is painfully tepid nostalgia when looking back and what could have been if i had just stayed in touch. but then again: maybe its all for the best.
