Easily some of the best cinematography I’ve ever seen from a slasher!
Whenever an action scene, chase scene, or a problem solving scene went down the camera would follow each individual move down to the second! It really sold the realism and kept you on the edge of your seat! My favorite part about it is how consistent it was! A lot of films try this style and it ends up being a one trick pony and you never see it in any other scenes. The cinematography definitely carried this for me!
The story was pretty simple! It made a nice short and fun watch with some cool characters! A slight stop in pacing but when stuff went down it was non stop for the rest of the runtime!
John Hyams, please dabble into some action! I’d eat that RIGHT up if it had the same filming style!
