That scene where “former military general of the empire” themed Moses, played by Jewish Bale (not to be confused with Russell Crowe’s gladiator), squares off against Ramses with swords drawn in the middle of the parted Red Sea while massive wave walls close in on either side that will surely kill both…well it may not be biblically true and I had been praying to God for this worthless “epic” to end soon but damn that was cinematic.
