My Neighbor Totoro 1988
This is one of the best animated films I've ever seen. Miyazaki's work is unprecedented in the film industry. It's going to be hard to explain exactly why this film is so good because I'm only 16, and I am not that well educated in film. The story is honestly pretty simplistic. Shrek 2 2004
The best of the Shrek franchise for sure. The cast is honestly one of the best I've ever seen, with Eddie Murphy stealing the show and Mike Myers doing a great job as well. And with John Cleese of Monty Python fame, it's hard to think of a more well-rounded cast. With good songs and good humor, you get one of DreamWorks' best films. Can't say the same for what comes next though.
