Finally got my latest short film Clairvoyant on here! It was made over the course of my entire senior year of high school and I’m so unbelievably proud of it. It also got me my first Festival win on Best Cinematography at the All American High School Film Festival last month along with Direction/Overall nominations. You can watch it here, I can’t wait to see what you all have to say 🖤

Is it bad that I kinda love this?

Not for being a perfect movie or anything but the vibes are just really good for some reason idk

I’m gonna write a review for Mike Flanagans Doctor Sleep in the next couple days but all I’ll say is the scene with the little girl with the birthmark in this movie and the opening scene of that movie are basically identical and proof that Mike would have made an unbelievable It miniseries. It’s honestly a crime.

Looking back, I’ve had a very quiet childhood, defined in large parts by the stories and media I read and experienced in an attempt to fill the time. Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Magic Treehouse, random books with covers that really connected with me for whatever reason. But the one that I can remember most viscerally, that I can taste and smell and remember reading many times over, was Rahl Daul’s Fantastic Mr. Fox. Upon finishing the film, I feel like a…
