Ari Aster made two successful & critically acclaimed movies, and he cashed in his chips to make Beau. This is as close to carte blanche as a director will get, so if you like his stuff, you owe this a watch.
Beau is Afraid makes Hereditary and Midsommar look restrained.
It's a weird/wonderful/funny/fantastically creative & very long trip, but I enjoyed it.
