Barbie is an absolute fever dream, it's insane and goofy but so energetic and fun, full of comedy and a shocking amount of heart. The movie definitely transforms throughout, changing just what I thought the movie was going to be about into something a lot more impactful and shockingly deep at times, dealing with existentialism and what it means to live, all while we're in this quote unquote perfect world of Barbieland that's extremely pink and plasticky with an uncanny…

The Batman 2022
After another watch I can finally comprehend and write a proper review so here we go:

Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -The First Kiss That Never Ends- 2022
Whilst the show ended on such a high note that not much could surmount to, the movie doesn't stop raising the tension and suspense of their will they won't they relationship. Casino Royale 2006
As a first time viewer of anything James Bond, this exceeded my expectations greatly. Mads Mikkelsen is a super imposing villain who has so many great scenes like the poker ones, and I really felt his presence to be something I should fear, but it contrasted nicely with the interrogation scene as it showed him as both barbaric but also weak when the people he owns money to arrive. Daniel Craig is badass in this, his character just doesn't care…

La La Land 2016
One of the most beautiful films in terms of it's colours, cinematography and sound design. It genuinely feels like a moving art piece throughout, and has two of the most relatable and lovable characters, alongside a perfectly crafted ending leaving you with a bittersweet taste for long after you've finished the film.
