After 11 years and 22 films this era of the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes to an end and I'm glad it's on such an absolute high note. Avengers: Endgame is a beautiful love letter to the MCU and it's fans, the Russo brothers and all involved achieved something I didn't think possible with this film, making an emotional and satisfying ending to the Infinity Saga and these characters.
I left the theater in tears, watching a finale to something that's been a part of a nearly half of my life (I'm 24, Iron Man came out when I was 13) I couldn't have asked for a better send off to these characters and their stories. No matter what the future of the MCU holds, whether good or bad, Endgame ends it's era better than I could've asked for.
