Edgar Cochran ✝️’s review published on Letterboxd:
A dazzlingly iconic and dramatically triumphant Audrey Hepburn shines in what may be her best performance as a constantly unfulfilled and psychologically empty and obstinate socialite. Edwards discards materialism and makes an extraordinary adaptation of Capote's original novel, emphasizing the futility of lavish, superficial banalities and celebrating romantic love through the re-establishment of essential priorities. Marvelous classic and a terrific direction highlights this "pink-ly" delightful American jewel.
