    Campy, silly fun, a complete delight. Roger Moore plays a counter-terrorist who hates women but loves cats and booze, and he's having so much fun. The dialogue is very dumb but delivered by world class actors such as Anthony Perkins and James Mason. One example of many:

    Mason: Do you have any idea how difficult it is to get together 25 million pounds in 24 hours? I don't believe you have the remotest idea how banks work!
    Perkins: You're entirely wrong, I've researched this thoroughly.
