Personally, my all-time favourite Netflix original film. River’s Edge, which is based on the Manga from 1994, deals with the lives of 7 teenagers. Center of My World 2016
Was hesitating watching this as I love the book and knew that the film would be very different to how imagined while reading and maybe even disappointing. Sadly, I was right, as a lot was just left out or not properly touched on that was essential in the book. This made the film, to some, extend a bit weird as parts of the storyline weren’t really developed and only touched on briefly. But generally if I hadn’t read the book…
