Guzoo: The Thing Forsaken by God - Part I

Guzoo: The Thing Forsaken by God - Part I ★½

Japanese short about four teenage girls vacationing in a remote house who are attacked by a tentacle monster. No, it's not a sex thing, you pervert. The plot makes not a lick of sense, which wouldn't normally be a big problem, but because so little happens during the 40 minute run time you have plenty of opportunities to wonder why, if the monster can teleport through mirrors, there even were mirrors in the house where the thing was kept at all, or why we were told in the opening that the monster can assume human form but this never comes up again, or why the girls wanted to vacation in a weird bed-and-breakfast-slash-cryptozoological-facility in the first place. It's on youtube without subtitles if you're in the mood. (I watched with a Japanese friend translating, but it turns out that you don't really need to know any of the dialogue.) Worth watching only for the gore, which is very cheap but still pretty cool and plentiful.
