Does it have its moments? Yeah, kinda.
But it absolutely has some messed right up messaging in the idea that a girl or any child needs their father (or mother) to be complete. Imagine all the little ladies who probably saw this and felt as if their perfectly good existence with their mother isn’t good enough because they ain’t got no dad man.
I’m sure it’s nice to get to meet the parent you never could, but to suggest life isn’t fulfilling without it is kinda ridiculous.
